I met Geetu around four years ago. She asked to help me out on some shoots as she had a keen interest in photography, then I kept bumping into her at her friend’s weddings that I was photographing. I literally cannot remember a time where she didn’t have a beaming, infectious grin plastered on her face!
In that time I also met Nalin, who is just as energetic and easy-going as Geetu. He also helped me out at a few shoots, and I got to witness his mad rapping skills at their friend’s reception a few years ago. I’ve always felt a great connection with these two, so, when their time came to tie the knot I was overjoyed that they chose me to photograph their big day.
Geetu and Nalin chose Palm Beach for their pre-wedding shoot because they love the view from Barrenjoy Lighthouse, and come here to star-gaze. It was my first time coming up here, and I quickly understood why they were so taken with this enchanting spot in Sydney.
