I had jokingly dubbed December 2017 “Mili and Kabir month”. In a few short weeks we covered their sangeet, mehndi, two haldi functions, their Sikh wedding, Hindu wedding and reception. Throughout all the events they were kind, generous, and humble, and always up for a chat in the brief moments between the happy chaos.
